the staff and the room were great. my grandkids loved the pool. it's close to everything.

the app it said it had a pool , well unfortunately the pool wasn't open big bummer also the tv didn't work but the staff

pool wasn't open yet and wifi sucked.

3 nights and 4 days and they kept giving us a different excuse every day about the swimming pool not being accessible yet, it appeared to be available to swim, but we didnt get that luxury

is extremely caring and polite , the pool was great , my room was very clean and comfortable beds are great , the location was very good
