there was no available wi-fi so no tv and the pool was not working

wish the pool had been open, but under the circumstances, understandable.

there wasn't a game room -- e.g. for pool or ping pong/table tennis

the pool was not clean and this was a major disappointment

at a waste)

the only down side was that the hotel does need a little updating and they have a pool but its not in use
