we booked to have pool & laundry and neither were available. also tv was not easy to work.

we approached him regarding the use of the guest laundry room, he explained how to access, unfortunately the laundry door did not open, so we went

when i told maid about cold water, she said it was because they were doing laundry at that time

features of the pool and fitness center would have been nice if they were functional
