prices for the room and bar were a bit high, but were worth it for the cleanliness and comfort, and convenience
always a great stay. food at craft bar is excellent as always.
i needed a larger room and early check in, and she went the extra mile to accommodate me
very helpful and friendly staff. husband loved the venison meatloaf. the kids loved swimming.
we were never told that you had to reserve the pool so we had to sit in the room with the kids with nothing to do

i didn't like that this pandemic has the pool shut down and no fresh breakfast.
love that it has an indoor pool, the location to stores and my daughter's school
the amenities and pool access made the stay more welcoming and enjoyable

comfortable beds, nice pool, friendly staff
pool was closed and was not told at check in. went down ready to swim but had to turn around
was kind, breakfast was fabulous, we used the gym and pool and each time we had the facility to ourselves
the breakfast was great, lots of healthy choices.also the pool area was relaxing
only suggestion we would have is to have less chlorine/bleach in the hot tub and pool

the one thing that i really wanted was access to the pool but unfortunately it had to be closed due to social distancing

the hotel is very clean and the pool is very well maintained
a hotel, clean, comfortable, quiet, safe in room & good coffee/tea facilities, fitness & a nice pool & jacuzzi + complementary breakfast
my only criticism would be that the pool was too cold but that's what hot tubs are for
