the heater for the pool and whirlpool went out so those facilities were unavailable

no breakfast. bad toilet. no discount for pool or breakfast

no service in 3 nights. no breakfast. pool closed

i did get to relax some by the outdoor pool for about an hour and that was nice as well

river is shallow enough that my almost 6 year old could stand on his knees and his head was above water, so i didn't have to worry as much about his safety, and there are life jackets available,

we have 4 children ages 3 4 6 7 the perfect water park hotel for less experienced swimmers

food service area to get hot food you had to order by 6:00pm in order to get food and even the bar closed at 7pm

we only stayed one night and it was a sunday night but the hotel was quiet, breakfast was good, pool was fun and the room was perfect

whole place,i was surprised to see the outdoor pool open in the winter and steaming away hot tub as well
