who wanted nothing more than to swim and they wouldn’t allow us to check in till four and the pool closed at five and then they expect you to check out at 10 am and the pool opens at 10 am

there is no outdoor pool or a bar ( as per description), also very poor wifi and no coffee or tea provided

also, the resort claimed at least one pool and hot tub would be open and it wasn’t

pool is not open during our stay. disappointed.
