i booked the room it advertised a pool and hot tub i took my 4 grandkids and ended up with nothing to do i feel it was rather high

say anything negative any issues i hv there already being addressed as they get ready to open pool and

pool water temp was too cold, needs a hot tub

bathroom and clean toilets, no noise from neighbors, the pool has a shower to rinse off and towels to dry off before heading back to your room

staff was nice. rooms were clean. pool area was clean.

loved the pool, gym, and shower!

the spacious patio and indoor pool were a bonus
