great customer service, great food, really comfortable beds and the pool was amazing!

the pool, jacuzzi and facilities were amazing and staff are fab

the pool looked a bit grubby and the rules around limited children's times in the pool seem silly and

time limits to go into the pool facilities with children should be longer.
