i enjoyed having a morning swim in the pool

the family room was spacious. the pool, gym and leisure well equipped. smashing staff.

the pool changing rooms were spotless and well kept and the floor clean and dry despite a few people

who asked if we had stayed before and as we hadn't she explained about the hotel the health spa pool and gym about booking for breakfast and evening meals

castle was as beautiful as the photos and the swimming pool and facilities were fantastic

castle is in an excellent location, the hotel facilities are superb - large pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and fitness centre, didn't try the spa treatments so can't comment

had a challenge accessing the kitchen, and figured the kitchen is only available to guests who book more than 2nights, this i

you had to walk outside to get to the swimming pool. needed to ask for more towels.

breakfast buffet was amazing! rooms were lovely. pool was great for the little one.

to find plenty of parking , excellent menu which was reasonably priced good size well presented rooms and

personally don t think the bar was open late enough, also there was a thick layer of dust around the tv in the room but other

my partner rang up and the receptionist explained she meant the gym facilities swimming pool etc , we were unaware of this due to unclear instructions so we were annoyed we d traipsed

there wasn t a pool and opening hours of the spa were also limited

would be good if it had a swimming pool

on our previous trip the pool had been a bit cold but that problem has now been fixed and it was a very comfortable

we used the gym and pool, again top marks

pool was apparently broken and basically running like a hot tub and it was absolutely amazing

the spa was also wonderful - with the heated pool, jacuzzi and steam / sauna, it all added to a relaxing

we loved the spa across the road and had a wonderful couple of hours in the pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi

did not get the opportunity to use the pool & jacuzzi this time but will do next visit
