experience in this hotel, have been there twice, food staff and pool is lovely, will be

staff, large comfortable lobby, beautiful, large room , pool and hot tub, close to grocery

rooms for swimming pool need renovation, coffee at breakfast drinkable, but nothing above

the swimming pool was perfect

the pool was lovely as was the jacuzzi and the bedroom was lovely

breakfast was super well prepared and so so tasty my lovley wife loves granola coco pops etc there

room service breakfast is definitely worth trying too

very family friendly style with mini golf and play park

there are lots of different walks and activities for kids to do, including a kids disco in the evening this weekend

crazy about pool in castlecourt for children

was great, rooms were lovely and the spa and pool was so relaxing

pool was a little cold for me but perhaps in this economy heating a pool is super expensive

the shower head in women s pool area needs fixing

steam room needs a good cleaning pool a little cooler than

large comfortable bed, the location to the town and the facilities (steam room, jacuzzi, pool) all added to our stay (+) pool was great (+)pool wasn t working !!!! so disappointed !? in the morning, bit hard and dry, cooked a while, don't like the jumbo sausages deep fried for breakfast, but lovely buffet with fruit, cereals yogurts etc

leisure pool wasn't entirely exclusive to hotel guests at the time of our visit

the leisure center is not part of the hotel and we couldn't use the pool until after 1.00pm.

also, excess to westport leisure facilities out back, which has gym, lap pool, suana, etc

having to go down across the carpark for swimming pool ,but after the pool was great

limited parking spaces although we got in. leisure centre pool busy with classes.

fabulous at this hotel, the location is perfect just a couple of feet from the train station, the pool hot tub were absolutely beautiful and the cocktails in the bar were topclass

we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and found everything to be very clean

wish the pool was open a little later but i noticed 9pm was the standard closing time for every hotel we
