great value, excellent staff, easy access to bus to get to the city. pool was very nice too.

after a cold rainy day out sightseeing we enjoyed the gym & the heated pool with spa

the pool is good sized and the water temperature was pleasant

no wifi. no clean bed sheet. no proper heating

poor wifi signal and tv reception was not good at all

the kids games and scooters were a nice touch too

the wifi at this property does not work

there's a shop on site which is handy and the kids enjoyed the arcade

all staff welcoming, amazing facilities, beds super comfy. pool area lovely. great location also

my teenage children loved the pool area and were excited to be at the hotel

rooms immaculate; spa area and pool is wonderful; food delicious

the pool was a big hit as were the milk & cookies in the room each evening

however, the heated pool was relaxing and the area was quiet

did not get the time to eat in the restaurant or use the pool or spa however lunch in the orangery was lovely

the spa was poor. sauna cool, foot spa just a sink with water. no pool. toilets out of order .

spa whilst ok pool wasn t working for one day of stay

pool was closed for 3 days in row although it could be fixed far before the bad weather arrived on

the spa
