place is amazing and i've felt alot happier staying here then some over priced city hotel with a pool that looks amazing online but looked worse then a public pool when you were there

thiers not much to do in hotel a pool table, although, staff put some music on for us

entertainment on a friday and saturday night was good to have and the pool table in reception was great for the kids

pool table could have been in bar not reception but in busier times it would suit better

pool table was free, staff was willing to help and we had no problems.

is ongoing works till march to update the restaurant, we also had room service when we didn t order anything which woke us up but can t complain the room view

there was also lots of kids smoking weed on the dock which ruined it for me

hotel spa facilities were in our building making it easy to use the pool etc

the pool could be warmer for young children.

and the hotel pool was just what you needed after full day of travel and

my husband was playing 18 holes at the carrick course and i used the swimming pool and walked the dog in the incredible surrounding grounds

the staff were excellent and helped with anything that you asked. the pool and gym were superb.

would have preferred room with view of loch instead of trailer and parking lot, etc, out the back

the bar area is very small but cosy but if the place is at full capacity this could be over crowded

dinner menu on expensive side and would have preferred a lighter bar menu option in the evening which was not

wee bbq hut / firepit among the cabins on the grounds, lovely addition after spending time in the bar & living room

the bar area could be a little bigger!

it would be good to have a bar menu as well as an a la cartel menu...
