2/8/21: pool open (must reserve in 30 min increments due to covid) (+)i like the pool. the cleanliness of hotel, and the price i got it for. (+)location, hotel does have a pool,and outdoor fire pit for relaxing. and the staff is amazing. (-)the pool was a bit unclean and needs maintained better (+) the pool was nice except maybe too much clhorine it was like salt water (+) their pool was working and they are serving breakfast again (+)liked the fact that there was a starbucks in the lobby.also liked the pool. (+) pool and exercise room were nice amenities (-)issue but pool seemed to have a lot of chemical in it (+)friendly staff 1st floor close to pool and office was very nice and kid friendly

hotel is nice and clean and typically quiet but there are definitely times when there are kids are running around

there were large groups of kids running the hallways acting like they had never been in public before

new hotel, very comfortable bedding, good breakfast, nice inside pool, friendly staff.

the pool was a decent size, but not fit for more than a couple families

really enjoyed how clean and comfortable it was, the temperature controlled pool room, the hot tub and the heated pool

a year this was by far one of the nicest hotels for the price balcony rooms overlooking the pool and atrium clean did not smell the carpets were cleaned everything was just well-placed they

that the pool is closed but i understand why also

the bathroom electrical outlet was duct taped to the wall, the parking lot is a nightmare unless you want a quick trip to china

room was dirty, shower floor was busted and taped up and saw a syringe in the parking lot

we drove to our parking place outside of the hotel

coming and going all nite long not very clean parking lot is terrible and no i wouldn t stay here

parking lot was littered with broken glass, no grass for the dog

friendly staff, pool and location.

are no hot tubs in any of the rooms but the staff was wonderful they let us have access to the pool and hot tub at all times and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed

the swimming pool was down because of the virus

booked this particular place for the indoor pool and when we checked in they told us the pool was closed because they were draining it and

wasn't thrilled about the pool

breakfast was a bit burnt and cold.

the bed was perfect. overall just clean and the breakfast was very good.

late check out is perfect-i work nights and being able to go back and get decent sleep before

lied said could have late check out then tried to charge me for it

i didn't know that there was a pool

would have liked pool to be open. kids were looking forward. but remodeling happens
