we had a lovely picnic dinner on the landing above the pool with takeout from a nearby mexican restaurant and had a wonderful time

loved the jacuzzi pool and pine trees

clean and up to date -- we drove here after a day at the grand canyon and found the room and pool area very relaxing

the back door of the property near the pool, there is a dangerous step off with a shallow curb

no wash cloths or bath mat in bathroom. laundry room was out of order.

no tissue trash under the bed i have to borrow the broom from the laundry lady to clean the room

the only okay part of this hotel is the laundry facility and the ice machines. haha.

no coffee pot, no shampoo, not even a bag for laundry

the customer service, the food, pool is awesome

pool was vey small but staff was super super nice and helpfull

casino on property, live music in lounge and close to whiskey row

pool area had an incredible chlorine smell in the air which maybe standard for the industry but not

pool and hot tub needs cleaning constantly and the hours for adults should be as needed

the spa was the perfect temp and so was the pool
