front desk staff, old rickety elevator, not enough seating in breakfast area, no shade at pool

was no breakfast and no pool due to covid restriction

my kids love the room and pool

from houston my 4 kids where looking forward to get to the pool n to my surprise it wasn't open employees said it's been closed since the last hurricane they

chose and paid little extra because of the pool and the pool was closed when i booked

the price cold have been a little cheaper due to no breakfast or pool access.

the pool was really cold & the floor around the pool was super slippery.

swimming pool wasn't cleaned yet due to the flood

the pool in breakfast would have made my rating excellent

breakfast was okay staff nice very clean pool temp was perfect nice quiet area
