the pool/hot tub area was lit up and inviting but thanks to kate brown it was still closed
the pool and hot tub were great, just what was needed after trekking around crater lake
spotlessly clean rooms, swimming pool, convenient location and helpful staff.
in door pool was also a big plus in these winter days
we didn't use the pool but it looked inviting

loved the 24 hour pool and steam room

it was a big room. good view for fireworks, location, the pool. good mini vacation
great amenities ie coffee maker, microwave, fridge, pool, great cable
great value for the price. loved the pool & hot tub.

nothing, besides no pool, use of the gym because of the covid-19...but that's it.
the pool was really small.
the pool is indoor but very cold— wish they kept it about 10 degrees warmer

the room was fine, the indoor pool and spa were good.
had one issue during our stay there were some kids running up and down the hallway knocking on doors
i made reservations i was told the pool and spa were available and that was not true
only reason we paid the extremely high price to stay here was due to the spa and pool
the rooms were very clean and friendly staff .and the breakfast was good

staff was friendly, pool/hot tub were clean, beds were comfy
the pool looked dirty and the pool area smelled fishy.
pool and hot tub area closes at 10 pm which is understandable.

the pool needed cleaning, and all the halls needed to be vacuumed.
wished the pool was open. wished i didn't have to leave.

the grounds had some garbage, mostly small, and the pool was cold.?
clean and well stocked. the pool and spa were very nice.

the indoor pool is amazing.

would of l liked to be able to access the pool area in the morning before ten
we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub after a long day of travel.
