the bed was so comfortable, staff was very welcoming, constantly made sure we were comfortable, pool was clean & felt amazing

the breakfast was great with several choices to choose from

no towels were replaced, and no extra soap bar or toilet paper was provided

the kids loved the indoor swimming pool and the complementary breakfast was amazing

disappointed the pool was closed but it was covid related and couldn’t be helped

traveling with my husband and four kids and they had us with just two adults and put us in a two bed room instead of a suite
