elevator was close to the pool and the smell of chlorine was in the elevator from previous riders i assume

the fan in the bathroom was extremely loud and the swimming pool was gross

no shampoo or conditioner or body wash and no extra towels for pool area.

we wanted to go out for a swim in the pool but couldn’t due to the men working in that area
