this is one of the few hotels that offers a free 24/7 shuttle service to and from the airport that really saved us since the car rentals are closed at

the shuttle service doesn't provide car seats for babies/kids and the hotel should disclose this before

the bar on the 7th floor had the most amazing views of the downtown

service was wonderful and we loved the fact that there is a roof top bar and a fine dining restaurant on the first floor

we loved the convenience of the shuttle, and our driver was new and super-fun and helpful

hotel offered free shuttle service to the chesapeake arena

the next time we return we will make a visit to the rooftop bar earlier. it is a hidden gem.
