don't harass you when they come through (maybe it's just my experience) they could upgrade the laundry room

one elevator was out of service for my entire stay. the laundry room was dirty and had bugs.

then they moved my stuff to the laundry room and instead of bring it to me they made me walk and go find the laundry room myself

they insist on charging a pet fee which is illegal under the american disability act and fair housing act

had paperwork for our service dog and still charged us a pet fee

the library of distilled spirits (the vault) bar was closed sunday and monday (+)excellent bar and great service. food at stock and bond was fantastic. (+) and of course the vault bar was such a special place (+) original national bank interior is now the hotel lobby with huge bar, restaurant, and conversation nooks (+) the bars and restaurants at the national were exceptional (-) the bar was closed every time we tried to go (+)it was very beautiful. the vault bar was great. (+)the lobby bar was beautiful. the drinks and the service was great.
