facilities 100%, pool was being renovated

there was a mini fridge so i was able to get drinks for myself and the kids

the only thing i found a bother was the wifi. i wasn't able to use my laptop like i had wanted.

slow and choppy wifi, but for essential use

parking lot is small but it wasn't full so we had no problems

laundry and vending machines available

because it doesn’t have an elevator, the cleaning staff just drop laundry down a tarp chute, and drop bags of trash over a rail onto the top of a trash can beneath

the pool area and jacuzzi also laundry facilities was a plus friendly front desk and easy check in and check out accomodations

one bath towel was provided i had to find laundry to get another towel

only compensation given was 30 minutes late check out, 11:30 instead of 11 which i asked for because we had to switch rooms at 2 in the

small jacuzzi and pool.

love the balcony & vaulted ceilings. restaurant & room service were excellent!

front desk service was very pleasant, your room service was great :) the hotel in all was more than we expected

parking was easy and the drinks at the bar during happy hour were a good price

was very noisy and there were kids running around late at night which made it very noisy late at night

from the feom desk to the people who takes care of our room and the swimming pool

was super easy, the room location was great and the bed was super comfy and the kids loved the pool

the little grass area outside the pool for the doggie.

the $50 pet fee is a ridiculous price because they didn’t really have a place for pets just a piece a

the pool facilities were a bonus to our stay

charged a resort fee but the property is a few blocks from the main hotel where the pool and other facilities were

sure you have any control over that situation but would have been nice to walk to the park with kids & our dog

the reception, pool, restaurant, gym and beach are located at the mar monte hotel which is a 7 minute walk or short golf cart ride

the pool and pool bar were fantastic for a group with kids

no carpet so dog was afraid to walk on

the room was actually pretty big for santa barbara, at a great price, with free parking and no pet fee

i love the value and location, and i love that they do not charge a pet fee.

only thing, and this is stretching, was that there were no pool towels clean at the time we were in the pool

cold pool but the beach was a very short walk. that was cold too!!

the room we stayed was spacious with a fully functional kitchen

looking forward to returning for a longer stay and dipping into the warmed spotless pool

there's free parking and wi-fi and a pool if you just want to hang out

my husband was glad to see an ev charger that greg made sure he was able to recharge

fun activities for kids

i made reservations; two rooms for three kids and two grandkids

they were able to accommodate an early check in

our kids loved the size and even with a lot of people around, we were able to maintain social

eclectic and fun deco gardens,close to beach and state street and nice pool and hot tub

also ability to use pool at sister property villa rosa, that comes handy on a hot day

location was amazing, and loved that we could use the hot tub and pool in their sister hotel.

they were very kid friendly and even gave my grandkids fish food to feed the giant koi fish

we paid a pet fee but there were no bowls or beds (we bring our own but supplying these items is customary

the property was good but the only complaint was the spa was closed.

pool pretty but very small & shallow, no hot tub to warm up in.
