the gym and the pool were very nice and i definitely enjoyed my stay

option to have your laundry done (although a bit expensive) (+) the hotel also offers a laundry service which we used and was good (+)from staff, always glad to help and suggest best way to travel, what tours to take, where to do laundry, etc (-)was most likely a fluke, but i left all my clothes (all) to be washed with the laundry service and never got them back (+) even helped with our laundry (+)close to the parks and port. nice breakfast, fantastic staff. it s possible do laundry. (-) the laundry service in the hotel was 3x more expensive than in a place nearby
