clean, lots of room, full kitchen, relax in living room with fireplace, friendly staff, just the best i’ve ever stayed at

staff is very friendly and you can do laundry for just cad 5

the beds are small and the mattresses are not the best. the kitchen ware is very limited.

5:30 am wake up with kids running up and down the halls could have been managed better

free laundry facilities on site were a convenient and unexpected bonus

freezing in the rooms, elevators were broken and the drink we ordered for room service were

breakfast was incredible; i loved the room service option

our first morning there, it took 2 hours to receive our breakfast through room service

very modern and clean. breakfast was excellent.
