pool n downstairs were clean

the porch had both lounge chairs and a table/chairs for eating breakfast in the morning

great breakfast. close to downtown. free laundry. cookie and cocktails at check in!

breakfast could be improved upon.

$40 per night pet fee felt pretty steep

dog friendly, max $100 for pet fee ($25*4 days, after that there's no charge)

they over billed me by $100.00. i had no pet and the bill had $100.00 pet fee.

we enjoyed the continental breakfast, the afternoon cookies and other snacks available

however parking and wifi are available along with a small outdoor pool; close vicinity to several beaches
