the modern kitchen had everything we needed to prepare food and store our food and beverages

she was mixing up delicious drinks at their bar and made sure those of us who were staying the night had everything we needed

they had a beautiful bar area

the bar and restaurant was closed, so i can't speak to that either

the bar and restaurant was not open

waved the pet fee for my husband's service dog and they were incredibly kind to us during our stay

room was advertised for $49/night. no mention on any sites of additional pet fee. by the time

over $600 for 2 nights, i should not have been charged a $35 pet fee

laundry was a welcome bonus

kids under 21 can't be alone in pool without adult

priced, paying for breakfast, casino, bar lounge and dining facility was closed for the holiday and the night before

not have shuttle service, restaurant or room service as advertised

the shuttle to the airport was nice

too much calorie in the pool area.. have to pay $10 for breakfast..

the shuttle was late and the price was too high.

nice sit-down restaurant at the casino across the street with excellent food

so you have to walk around, which is a bit hard with kids and tow 2 babies in your arms but i understand why they do it

we appreciated access to a laundry service as we have been travelling extensively and were

comfortable, lots of restaurants around the hotel, and laundry was very cheap in hotel to do

noises (the doors sounds a lot) breakfast menu (same all the time)

breakfast is awesome and afternoon popcorn and cookies a nice touch

the continental breakfast was a cut above what you normally get

very clean, breakfast was delicious

the breakfast was included and delicious, even the coffee was good

the kids also liked the outdoor games located outside next to the sauna

there’s a $40 pet fee for the entire stay, so if you’re staying multiple nights that’s not a bad price

pool was clean and hot tub wonderful breakfast is always good

i used the gym every morning and was happy with the equipment and the cleanliness

and welcoming lobby, hot breakfast, beautiful outdoor courtyard and fire pit

the pool area was fun for our kids, and the morning breakfast was incredibly yummy

there was a small child left in the pool while her mother was in the gym

the breakfast buffet. arrived at 9, biscuit and gravy empty, no forks, had to ask for plates.

lighting in the kitchen over the stove would have been good.

we had some wifi issue initially but it's a mountain area and weather was also bad so that's understandable and

they have everything--great cabins--2 bathrooms--great for families with kids who wont share bed

shuttle service into downtown whitefish was a wonderful amentity as was the salt water pool

clean rooms, comfy bed and good breakfast selection. staff was also very friendly

breakfast was great with omelettes every day.

we were disappointed there was no breakfast. other motels on this trip had sack breakfasts.

everyday they changed up the meat for breakfast!

easy accessible fair continental breakfast very clean ice machine functional

breakfast was above average

besides the gym being closed for covid, there were no negatives to this place.

friendly helpful happy staff. kids loved the pool and spa after a good days hiking

there were bags on the counter with water, an orange, and granola bar in them

spa tub began making loud noise at 10:30pm at night; staff acted helpless to do anything

the pool and hot tub were not available at the time i was there.

loved having the shuttle take me to whitefish ski resort (and pick me up at the end of my day)

kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool and game room

the shuttle service from the airport and to and from the slopes is such an amazing service

each day we stayed i had to request room service

and drinks in the bar both exceeded our expectations

due to covid, there was no room service unless asked specifically for certain items like extra towels

it was disappointing that 2 out of the 4 days, i was unable to even purchase a snack from the bar area even though there was food in the snack case

only con for this hotel is there is no pool

45 minutes from glacier, no pet fee, delicious restaurant in hotel

so didn't go outside to check out the outside fire place, but the huge ones in the restaurant bar area and the lobby were pretty incredible to watch
