we had a lovely large room, upstairs, with a kitchen of sorts which provided all we needed, although we did purchase our own kitchen towel

where sleeping in the room below the rooftop bar and it was incredibly loud and it was open until 12 am, we changed to one of the rooms below

the breakfast is served across the street, excellent food and big

the rooftop bar has a gorgeous view over oaxaca, so perfect for sundowners

we also used the laundry service and it was great

they provide a bar with pastries, fruit and other items for the guests in the morning and tapas in the afternoon,

they helped facilitate laundry service and airport pickup, and the food and beverages available were

the self-serve wine bar and light appetizers at happy hour were a fun experience, and i could live on the rooftop patio

in centro, there can be some noise from the street below in terms of traffic, construction and bar activity at night

my coffee style in the morning the third day and bring me the coffee before handing me the breakfast menu

really cool vibe, good music, wide open courtyard for chilling, breakfast, etc

they serve a la carte breakfast in different places of the property (made of 21 rooms) with a very good variety of food

there was an issue with my breakfast but other than that everything was great!

the breakfast and coffee is also impressive, the pastries from boulenc are as good (if not better) than

it is a noisy place when there is a pool 10 feet from your door where kids are playing marco polo

the pool is not warm but the kids in our party loved it nonetheless

location is excellent, staff are very helpful and polite and the pool is, although small, more than enough

the swimming pool is great, hardly anyone used it so we had good swims in it but not sure how busy the hotel was

terrace, tables and chairs dotted around and you can get beers and coffee from the restaurant bar which is great

they finally removed the glass, the telephone was broken, no room service, they found out later the batteries were dead, we could not turn the tv into english
