slow service no service at the pool room service costs 15€ on top staff barely speaks

got an overcooked pasta with his bolognese (which shouldn't be the case, even in a dish from the kids menu)

however we were travelling with kids and it would have been helpful to have a microwave and a bit more room to prepare some meals
