pet fee was only $20 when i stayed here in aug

we booked to have pool & laundry and neither were available. also tv was not easy to work.

we approached him regarding the use of the guest laundry room, he explained how to access, unfortunately the laundry door did not open, so we went

when i told maid about cold water, she said it was because they were doing laundry at that time

said pool was open and it wasn’t

their laundry machines are advertised to work but all it does is take your money

rooms are falling apart, spa was broken did not tell us until checking in

towels were folded nicely, there were plenty of hygiene products provided, the pool was clean and well lit, and the property was well kept and smelled amazing upon entering

also liked the fact that they accepted my two dogs without a pet fee

had to walk around the property to find her she was in the laundry room so that 3:40 p

laundry room was open for use although i didn't need to wash clothes during this stay

having a laundry mat on the

room was over the laundry room and so it smelled very heavily of detergent which we did not

much to our delight there is no pet fee so our 12 year old yellow lab was welcomed and loved as well

i gather there is a swimming pool, but we didn't use it

beds were comfortable, pool and hot tub were nice. wish the pool was a little warmer

previous stay had a variety of breakfast, the staff informed us that this has since been changed

instead of indoor gym or pool wish they would have spent more on sound proof rooms

was not at all sorry or anything the gym was in bad shape nothing worked propley and the water was out as well
