a place to relax, curl up on a hammock to read a book by the swimming pool, enjoy the scenary ( full mountain views) foliage and flowers, their friendly cats and dog and (+)accommodations, staff, cleanliness, food, massage, pool, and more (+) the pool was very pleasant, the room was comfortable & quiet and the sunrise was stunning (+)place, loved the gardens, the pool area, the views of the mountains (+) the pool is great, and the food is delicious (+) we could not use the beautiful pool as water was a bit cold (normal during this season) and did not eat at the restaurant as it (+) we spent the evening relaxing beside the pool (-) on the first day, the pool was filthy (like it had not been used for some time) and there were people cleaning it during (-) pool was not working

we booked the hotel to spend a nice weekend relaxing in a spa by the pool

although i didn t have time to use the benefits of staying at the spa i am sure to make time of it for my next visit

is a really magical spot with beautiful views and gardens, a spa for massages , lovely couple that owns it who speak english and answer all questions - and a

party in the pool - not typically a problem but this was supposed to be a relaxing weekend in a spa and we were not informed - so it was filled with screaming and splashing

tiles in the pool, the grout in the bathroom was moldy and gross

was extremely helpful when arranging transportation and assisting with luggage, room service, and spa reservations

hacienda, the grounds, the pool, everything was beautiful and clean and kept up nicely

(+)location, awesome staff and laundry service, helped me call a taxi and book bus tours out of the

staff and we were not able to do an early check in but our luggage was safely stored for us
