only disappointment was not having an outdoor heated pool

the hotel are very good and provide a shuttle service twice in the morning and return service twice in the afternoon

one member of the staff said parking card wasn t mandatory but the other insisted on getting one for a 5 euro deposit

very fine atmosphere in all hotel buildings we visited, including restaurants, bar and garden to old villa are accessible for all guests

the wifi in the room was quite weak, but fine everywhere else in the complex

liked that they had a pool for kids and that the pools were with salted water from the ocean

management needs to scrap the room service surcharge of 10 on every order even for a cup of tea
