a fantastic hotel, very kind staff, beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast & great restaurant, nice spa & pool, relaxing massages in the gardens

the breakfast was delicious and so fresh

the hotel is small and has a quite big spa area for that size (steam bath and sauna) (+) they even let us shower and use the spa way passed our check out time which facilitated things for travelling to galicia next (+) everything was nice, the staff, the spa facilities, the rooms, the restaurant, drinks, food , not to mention, super pet friendly (+)a fantastic hotel, very kind staff, beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast & great restaurant, nice spa & pool, relaxing massages in the gardens (+) price/quality ratio of the food/wines/spa is also very good (+) finally, the spa is beautiful and super relaxing

breakfast was marvelous, the spa is great, we stayed at the superior bungalow, and it was fantastic

we also order breakfast to the room which was excellent too

the glass bathroom walls was a bit challenging in terms of privacy as we were traveling with the kids

room service was a bit late one of the days.

the staff were all very helpful and joyous, from the front desk to the restaurant/bars, spa and cleaning staff

- we did travel over summer holidays, so i guess this is what happens, but just expect lots of kids splashing and and jumping in the pool

only issue hot food at breakfast was cold regardless what time we went to breakfast

hotel facilities are very good, although we did not use the gym or pool as we were out exploring the city each day

had the whole house with a terrace and swimming pool for us

a small gym is available in the basement, although i haven't used it

handy for the station. lovely breakfast. great to have use of the gym.

the gym is very simple and has very limited variety of equipment.

whilst we were eating lunch in the bar area near the tv, the smoke would waft its way in as well

i wish the gym had had more equipment.

we did not have breakfast at the hotel but we ordered room service one night and food was delicious

made from an angels bum, and wine for breakfast, with a rooftop bar of the whole city

lovely small rooftop pool with great views of the he city ideal place to rrest and relax after a hard day's sightseeing

the gym was new but small, with limited equipment

very nice plunge pool and roof area for relaxing as well as a pretty bar and garden area with a retractable roof for sunny days

- the breakfast / dining room was really quite small and noisy and for that reason we either had room service or ate elsewhere

the spa were wet, with no dry areas.

i like the gym opening for 24 hours though it is a bit small
