room service, food from restaurants was not good

the pool was closed for maintenance but that only disappointed the grandkids

good safety in parking lot--i borrowed my husband's

the casino was clean and orderly, although i didn't gamble this trip

breakfast was very good also

hotel was nice and they offered breakfast and pool to be used despite many others hotels don't offer this during covid times to increase profits

in any event, any amenities i might have wanted in different circumstances — a pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, etc

staff was very friendly and helpful and the kids loved breakfast and the pool

good value for stay along the 5. only $15 pet fee was very affortable.

and cold breakfast was great, warm cinnamon rolls mmmmmm

pool and spa nice, gym small but just enough to get a nice workout, everything was very clean

river view was great. family loved the pool and i liked the outside hot tub

the breakfast in the morning really made the day of travel we had ahead way more bareable

i do not think the wedding was clean laundry

very very clean and awesome breakfast (eggs, cheerios, yogurt and mandarins)

also the walls are thin and i kept hearing the kids upstairs and their dad yelling at them

there was a male occupying the room below us, who was extremely creepy and watching myself and kids

there were cobwebs, had to kill a spider, that there were no dishes, cups or silverware in the kitchen

left earlier before breakfast was ready but the staff gave us bags of goodies to take with us

clean, friendly staff, great breakfast

i didn’t have time to use the pool/spa or fitness center, but i will next time i stay

love the heated pool

i liked that there was a washinging machine and drier for my laundry.

also, really nice saltwater pool and hot tub

it has a heated, salted pool, the breakfast was great, and hospitality

my kids were super happy using elevator which is very comfortable to use

loud bratty kids but it is summer and the weekend.

keep moving around to stay warm so i'd say a degree or two increase would make it easier to get kids to get in for a splash

that they didn?t add a pet fee

it would have been nice to maybe have a couple more bath-sized towels or at least a towel for the pool :-) and thank

no change machine for laundry and the front desk couldn't make change for the machines

first nite could not sleep the dryer for the motel laundry made an impossible noise

i had left behind a cherished stuffed animal and when they couldn't locate it in the laundry or room , realized that it may have fallen in the bushes by our room

they charge a pet fee even if you have a e

i feel that $25 for a pet fee is way too high. i usually only pay $10 to $15.

breakfast was just right to get me going in the morning

she gave us hot chocolate packets and whipped cream (which my kids loved) and was just extra friendly
