the pool was very cold and the towels were not stocked.

my room was a bit far from the office and when i finally located the laundry room the machines were over priced to use in my opponion

the indoor pool was warm and the kids loved it
lights in the pool room would turn off every 30 minutes and we had to keep hitting the button to turn them back
