breakfast was great for our needs i actually had a cup of coffee when i was taking a hot bath so

they had a pretty heated pool

i was disappointed that the pool was not available.

in the back parking lot there were ppl in the gazebos that where loud and annoying smoking pot

parking, small size hotel, additional staicase parking, modest, but all is discribed and

breakfast was excellent! parking was convenient. the staff was very nice.

the outside wasn't clean. there was trash in the parking lot and close to the entrance.

location is not very central but this was made up for by the free shuttle into cornell.

pool maintenance did not seem to exist, water was green both days we were there and did not see

everything. excellent location. staff was great. bar clean and matt was personable.

did not get what my offer stated which was a 25 credit at the hotel and also an early check in or late check out

breakfast was simple, but offered protein (eggs,yogurt) and fresh fruit among the usual cereal,

the beds were very comfy and the place was very clean and updated.the breakfast was good too..

the staff was very friendly. we ate at banfi s, the buffet downstairs and at the bar 2x.

also the free shuttle from ithaca airport to the hotel helps, the shuttle staffs are very nice

the food in the bar area was only so-so, the fish tacos were very good though.

we were tired and couldn’t wait ably longer and needed to just get a room for my kids to rest

would have loved a pool for the kids or an arcade / game room

staff is polite and professional and completely over dealing with parents of college kids, which is too bad given the location

room and hotel facilities (also a chance for laundry without bankrupting) (+)cleanliness, on-site self laundry, free parking, good location.
