hotel employee did a late check out for us

our room was worn, complimentary items in bathroom all mismatched, loud kids running the halls

beds were not comfortable, the hot tub did not work and it was full of kids that were not staying at the hotel

staff and the breakfast, dinner, and free adult drinks was a plus

loved the customer service, the pool, the amenities, and overall ambiance.

room had a kitchen but was completely empty of everything

were tiny, obviously had been under a renovation recently as rooms were still boarded up and gym was unusable

pet fees and 1st-floor room right next to exterior door made it easy to be traveling with a dog

the determining factor in our stay was the very reasonable pet fee in comparison with other springfield properties

oatmeal at breakfast was cold and runny

the breakfast hot food you had to wait for hot food to come out.

even though i didn t get to utilize the kitchen, we will know next time

staff was excellent, free laundry was a definite plus as was the 24 hour gym access!

to go to a machine and charge it to your room also you can cook it because there is a whole kitchen i love this hotel i will stay here every chance i
