pool was dirty only got to swing one of the 3 night stays

sheets were not very clean, and no breakfast available

had staff to clean rooms and limit us to towels even for pool we were 6 people and only 3

flat pillows, only one coffee in room and no cream/sugar packet, kitchen outlets not working

or utensils, the blow dryer didn t work, dead bugs on floor, only put clean towels in room, room service left dirty bath mat and beds not made, people partying on outside of 2nd floor, stove

and out of the rooms was ridiculous not only that i planned a day for my daughter bday to enjoy pool and have us a good dinner burgers and hotdogs on the grill when the front desk lady priscilla

this is a very nice and relaxing hotel, the breakfast was good, they had so many choices, and the rooms were so spacious

noticed black aunts in the kitchen floor in our room

my money cus i went in the room already there was no refrigerator no microwave and the swimming pool was dirty,in the 3 days we stayed there they didn't clean it and my husband asked them twice

people that weren’t staying in the hotel were in the pool

next to hwy 77 to head back home, pool was open for enjoyment, morning coffee ☕️ was out on time to enjoy

although i didn't try out the pool area but even that area looked really clean

dirty with trash in the parking lot and by the pool. clerk had an annoyed attitude.

the location is near everything and the breakfast was the best i had at any hotel.

i liked the size of the tv, the kitchenette, a good size bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and very comfortable beds
