we loved the location price and room was so clean and newly renovated! pool was great!

i didn’t have my dog or a chance to use the pool but those being available were a major bonus

the pool needs to be open later with 104 degree days, door lock latch wasn't installed in my kids room

swimming pool was dirty.

the weather was cold, i was tired, and desperately hoped for early check in

stylish restaurant and bar with a fire place inside and on the patio

i didn't like it was so hard to get in touch with the kitchen for room service food

pricilla at front desk went above and beyond. the jacuzzi, room service and size of suites.

room service order was difficult to place and my order took over 2 hours to receive

the room was very clean and nice and the pool area is the best

hotels don't have rooms on the first floor, it was different and i enjoyed the proximity to the pool

the staff was also very friendly to us and offered early check in which was great

she also allowed us a late check out and and advised us where we would be able find the food we desired

loved the happy hour in the bar - created a v friendly unique atmosphere- with guests socialising

check in early when it was pouring outside in the morning and we weren’t sure how to keep the kids (2 and 4) entertained

things like cookies for the kids, tea and coffee and of course the happy hour was wonderful

room was great for me and my husband and 2 kids

friendly, outgoing staff and a full hosted bar every evening.

plus i loved how it has a spa on site

not much additional space outside the hotel for parking

hotel had everything - pool, spa , a very comfortable room and a great hotel breakfast (which was rare in out experience)
