breakfast was perfect just enough to set us on our road

staff and their attention to detail, really lovely, comfortable stay, with great dinner in the bar and continental breakfast in the morning with such a stunning location and grounds

the bar meal in the evening was superb

roaring log fire in the bar - very relaxing

no restaurant or bar up and running as yet but didn’t detract from our stay at all, such a wonderful relaxed

floors are paper thin and we had a bunch of kids mucking around late into the night in the room above us - we told the staff and they stopped

of the reception staff wasn t very pleasant wouldn t accept that their website stated room service but it wouldn t connect also when trying to see the menu on the website

we went to the bar whist this was getting done

best for grown-ups, not great for children as most guests are older and you feel guilty if your kids make any noise in the quiet dining room and lounge

street parking, the room was comfortable and very clean, i had breakfast every day and ate in the bar for supper on a few occasions and everything was delicious, staff are very friendly and helpful
