room service was very late (4pm?) and they didn t even come one day. (+) the hotel in general is very clean, as is the room service, which is very good (+)liked having option to have restaurant and for a fee they d do room service, on days we were tired and didn t want to do out (-)no room service but wasn t a big deal to have to go down to the bistro. (-)need easier access to the water and no room service (-)was a mix up with our room service order (+) great rooms and nice room service (-)of room service was difficult

my kids left their towels on beach chairs at hotel pool several times

the room they gave us was great as we had 2 kids with us and we could walk right out of our back slider to the boardwalk and 2 pools

they had handicap transfer seats for pool & spa but i didn’t see anyone use them

had a water view and a small pool and the rooms had a partial kitchenette

huge room, comfy bed and great in-room coffee. good wifi. surprise private beach area and pool

the motel is small, so it allowed us to go to the pool, deck, tiki bar, store, and sit by the water with very little walking

we arrived to find a second floor open-air-atrium with plants, a breakfast eating area, kitchen, two guest rooms off the atrium and a sliding doors to a balcony, spiral stairs to the roof

stayed longer would have liked the room with a kitchenette, instead of just the mini fridge

own private beach with kayaks, glass bottom boat, bicycles and community full kitchen as well as outside gas grill for all guests to use

there were plenty of offerings (kayaks, bikes, outdoor kitchen) which enhanced our feeling of being at home on the ocean

fee was high for what you got, but was hit with an extremely high pet fee, over $800 for the 5 days even though our pets were registered eso animals

it’s so dog friendly which i love but the extra pet fee is high and i believe resorts are taking advantage of solo travelers such as myself

the laundry facilities were not available so we had to find laundry facilities elsewhere

area is nice to drive around with a rental car; the san juan property charged $25 per day for car parking and puerto rico seemed less

or some sort of food at the pool bar would have been nice but in no way essential or effective to us deciding not to come back

breakfast was a little sparse but i’ve had worse so can’t really complain as the property

hot tub was same temp as pool. but tub and pool were clean and plenty big. beautiful spot.

there is also a small bar on property if you wanted a drink, and we were offered champaign at check in loved everything

there are no lights at or in the pool after dark but during pool hours

was not able to use pool and i was promised better view with a higher floor

a shuttle transports you between the 4 resorts within miles

new but small and showed the older design of the building but nothing wrong with it just not a spa like double sink design

took the kids and our dog to postcard inn and we all love the facilities

love that it’s on the water and has a pool, love the availability of bicycles and kayaks, grills on property, hammocks, picnic benches,

the heated pool was wonderful

the room was the perfect size with a super comfortable bed and view of the pool and ocean

super nice area and areal, clean rooms, kayak and pool were amazing

we also like that there was room for us to park on the road leading to the ramp
