it's a beautiful hotel. rooms were perfect, bar was nice and the lobby was fun.

i loved everything about the atmosphere and the pool was amazing. our room was very appealing.

kitchen had no cooking essentials or utensils. no ice machines.

key, the beds looked like fold out beds and for a comfort suite, there were no utensils in the kitchenette

like the kitchenette but had to buy a coffeemaker, most overnight hotels even have a coffeemaker

no pots or pans or utensils for the kitchenette/no plates or silverware. walls are pretty thin.

i mopped the vinyl floor on bath and kitchen area first night because i could tell it was dirty

breakfast was good

we were hoping to sit around the pool and socialize while watching the kids but there was no way

pool was on the small side and the temperature was cold, the kids didn't mind but i could only swim for a few minutes

the common area was a fun place for me and the kids to relax and hang out while my husband got a little work done in the room

gym was nicely equipped

the breakfast area was small

the room was spacious. the kitchenette was great and the location was near many essential

check in, friendly and helpful employees, superb suite complete with kitchen, clean, good breakfast

the free breakfast was nice and included bacon and hard boiled eggs - not just toast and pastries

we had to walk all the way around through the bar just to get back to the pool to get our stuff

the location was perfect. hotel is beautiful. pool table area great to interact with guests.

my wife and i were unable to enjoy the hot tub pool and coffee shop due to the amount of youth bumping into us

bar and room service are closed for covid restrictions earlier than normal, but thats not their fault

kids running the halls after 9 pm is ridiculous. have respect for people!

cluding the bar and the herb n kitchen ) was clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing

the pool water was extremely cold and my kids didn t get to enjoy like we were hoping.

for for number of guests and size of property, toilet in room clogged, the number of women at bar and roaming around appeared to be prostitutes by way of actions and minimal lingerie style

not really by the airport. shuttle doesn't run until 7:00.

airport shuttle did not start until 10 am so i had to pay for lyft

parking lot is just barely large enough for the rooms if guests arrive with more than one car per

i did not get room service my last day before i checked out

the hotel was very relaxing and the girls enjoyed the pool

other than the pool, everything was lovely. i had a great anniversary weekend

we prefer an actual bar like you used to have as compared to the food/ small bar combo that only seats 3 people

perfect temp, the hot tub alcove was very fancy and relaxing, check in was quick and easy, the breakfast options were more expansive than other hotels, there was no noise from other rooms,

expected a little more from the king suite with spa tub

the iron leaked when filled with water and there were some real soft spots in the floor in the kitchen area that made me a bit

breakfast could have had more selections. but with a full kitchen, we were not disappointed.

i liked the staff and the gym. there was hot water good water pressure in the shower.

saved $ on eating out due to having a full kitchen in the room

we were grateful for the moderate pet fee so that we could bring the whole family

the water in the pool was freezing and after being in the water it never really warmed up, it was difficult to enjoy

like that they didn't clean and sanitize places that people were coming in and out of like the gym for example

the 24-hr exercise room - albeit small - and swimming pool a great respite

gym is poorly maintained

staff were absolutely amazing, each and everyone i met, from the shuttle transporter, housekeepers, too the front desk, i did not want to leave

the shuttle service was excellent and both drivers were extremely nice

we had a great stay. the lady that drove the shuttle was very sweet and kind.

the room needs two more chairs for the kitchen island so we could all eat dinner

we slept great, ate a delicious hot breakfast, and were out the door by 7am
