65 pet fee booking never made me aware of, made the room rate ridiculous almost 200 for a night

i was told they were completely pet friendly

there was a $65 pet fee that we found out about as soon as we got there

i set my filter for accommodations for two adults traveling with a pet

location to vt campus friendly staff great breakfast and bar nice sitting/tv area

this property has outdoor seating that is garden like, an indoor bar area and several indoor gathering areas that feel private

we had to drive to a laundry mat, not good

gym tiny too

there was a full service bar downstairs which was a nice addition

location, easy parking

great that there was off road parking too

but to note, i arrived late at night and the rooms and parking can be difficult to locate

the inn was so cozy and beautiful. we enjoyed the pool. the breakfast was great. thanks josh!

they even had a pool, though we didn't pack swimsuits

no pet fee.
