the pool and hot tub are my favorite area

i had a king suite with s kitchenette

good size room, very comfortable bed, warm breakfast had multiple choices of food items

good complimentary breakfast and great price too

location was great! the fact we had two rooms with a king and queen bed and kitchen was awesome.

i called ahead to find out what was included in the kitchenette and no one returned my called

unavail, so they upgraded to king, 2bdrm w/ full kitchen

the condon has a nice kitchen, bath room, balcony and king size bed plus garage parking

my only disappointment was the gym facilities were not accessible to people staying in the building only permanent residence

there was a hot tub and nice gym up there as well

for the money we paid to stay at one lakeside, we still had to pay another facility to use there gym/workout facility

it worked perfect for our 2 young kids and our puppy

easy check in easy to add pet fee close to highway

we were charged $25 for the cat, but there was no mention of a pet fee when i booked the room.

the guest laundry was a great addition and wonderful surprise

went to go do laundry and was told couldn't give change cuz of a change shortage national change shortage

the person working was helpful in finding a place to eat. they also had quarters to do laundry.

we got to the hotel late, after a day at silverwood theme park, kids (7 yr ol, 6 yr old and 4 month old) were asleep, and had to make multiple trips to get kids

only thing i would have liked is a few more breakfast options, like waffles or something similar

the hotel was perfect for us — very clean, with super comfortable beds and a nice breakfast in the morning

no pool, laundry service limited to old washer breaking.

the spa tub jets kept coming on through out the night.

most are minor like peeling paint, board replacement, loose rocks that make up the stairs for the pool and some hand rails on the decks getting loose

the pool was closed and thiz was an aminity included

fridge, clogged sink, pool and hot tub were shut down but website did not indicate that, full beds instead of queens and

i had a kitchen. i was able to eat in and save money.

that we were able to come in early to play in the water park and because my kids needed a break they were able to set us up in our room early

never gave us the wifi password nor was there any informational paper in the room

run down, overdue for renovation, no room service for entire 4 night stay.

they also have laundry rooms- open from like 9-10 which is nice

dirty plastic fork on our floor, hair all over our pillows, no wifi password provided, sticks, dirt and leaves all over the floor

pool was heated and staff friendly
