we usually never complain, but there apparently were young kids one floor above us and they were running, jumping, flipping and banging on the floor way early

we didn't use the kitchen, but the space was clean and nice

for a little milk for my room to take some medication and they didn't bring it pool was freezing

lift for the pool was down and i have a son in a wheelchair who really needed it

we loved the room! it was spacious, clean and comfortable. the breakfast variety was excellent.

lights would not turn off so our kids had to sleep with all the lights on
