i called to ask for the wifi password and the man said that it should be on the sleeve but i didn't get a key sleeve

no breakfast. coffee pot was dirty. no wifi.

parking lot had a huge hole almost drove in it

air conditioning was cold tv worked and wifi was good but lacked a secure connection

decent value. it was clean. pet friendly with reasonable pet fee.

price was to include pet fee and they charged me an extra $50 for a small pet that didn’t even stay in the room

fact that i was charged $35 for a pet fee when there was nothing on there stating there was a pet fee

parking was crowded due to a birthday party taking place in a meeting room.

pool wasn't running ,but the weather played a big part

the only issue that was a concern was the back door to the parking area kept hanging up and not closing correctly, we told the front desk, and they would get

that there was no indoor pool.

went to swim however the pool was cloudy the first day and green the next

there's a full kitchen with pots, plates, and everything you need, including a dining table set

the breakfast was excellent!

the laundry was a life-saver as all our clothes were wet and muddy from the wet weather

the indoor pool was a nice fun entertainment choice during the thunderstorms

hot tub and gym were not working and that was the only reason we booked that hotel

wifi was up to my modest needs (e-mail and a few websites, no streaming or gaming attempted) (+) good wifi and proximity of restaurants and places to shop nearby (-) it was a good thing they had free wifi

and after 2 years of pool renovations it still isn't completed

rooms were very clean; breakfast was fresh and well-stacked, and the staff were friendly and accommodating

tv didn't work, and with 2 kids that wasn't great
