no pool

only 1 washer and 1 dryer worked so it took 2 hours to do 2 loads of laundry

laundry and drink and snack machine had to go to office every single day i stayed there cause room

issues with laundry machine, pool didn't open at time posted on sign. no coffee pot in room

allowed early check in late check out for no fee

very clean room, plenty of space, no carpet, decent sized tv

we took our towels to the laundry room and the hotel staff exchanged them there for us

there were not many healthy choices for the breakfast.

they even provided a small breakfast, which i did not expect, although its location in conroe is right around the corner from

we have stayed here twice and i will continue to stay here when my kids have soccer tournaments

unfortunately the bar was closed and there was no breakfast that whole weekend due to a staffing issue

absolutely loved the location, the furnished kitchen, and extra seating area besides the queen beds and table

never provided the kitchen stove to cook or warm up the food, it was included in the

my room was also directly across from the ice machine and fitness center, so there was some outside noise, but not much and the guests retired at a

that there is a indoor pool fireplace outside with patio is lovely i loved that the room had a kitchen

i think hot breakfast should be served everyday not just on weekdays..

our last day we saw a roach on the kitchen counter

in the shower was great, hand sanitizers throughout the hotel, the basketball court, full kitchen was great

i loved the room very spacious and loved the whole kitchen set up

unfortunately the side bar is under construction right now
