my kids loved the indoors pool

the pool was green and looked unsanitary. needs to be cleaned and looked at.

i love everything but the pool it was tooooo cold but overall everything else was great.

was very nice from the person who greeted me at the door to the person who checked me in to the bar and wait staff at the restaurant

we didn'y get to use the pool but it big andwarm(inside) exersize room is big too

latoya in the lobby bar was fantastic as were annie in the executive club and ciara who seemed to do some of everything

only thing is the hot tub on site should be available for the guests not just the spa customers!

i wanted the swimming pool to be open, but in march in ms, i understand why it wanst.

i booked the king suit for 2 adults and 3 kids so they knew how many people were coming if they would have payed attention to the reservation

and we hoped the microwave would work so we could make our breakfast but it didn't work and the wifi was very slow and didn't work before late at night

there were clean towels and soap, and the laundry facilities were reasonably priced

they could have mentioned there was a $70 pet fee ahead of time

$75 pet fee holy cow!!!!!!! that's the price of a whole other night at a cheaper hotel!
