was not told there was a 50.00 pet fee when booked. waited 40 minutes for front desk staff.

hotel is dog friendly and the $50 pet fee is one of the lowest i’ve found

also, they charged an exorbitant $50 pet fee even though i have an emotional support animal

than it being a bit pricey at almost $200 for one night, including the $50 pet fee, i can’t think of anything that needs improvement

it wasn't mentioned anywhere during the booking process that there's a $50 pet fee.

i will say, after my complaint, they did refund the $50 pet fee since i explained that i thought it unreasonable to charge me for a pet who was better
