my room was right next door to the housekeeping laundry room and someone was doing laundry at 11pm til midnight

shampoo ice machine and the laundry soap machine was broken so i had to go off site to buy soap, ice and fabric softener

there was nothing to cook or eat with even though there were kitchen amenities.

bed was not comfortable; no hair dryer; nothing in the mini kitchen to use like cups, plates, silverware, etc

there also is no gym on the property and even though they had a pool, i struggled to find where it was located
