i traveled there alone to see my daughter, i wanted to use the swimming pool with my daughter

lot of loud people in the parking lot after 11pm, talking/yelling excessively loud, cars revving their motors in parking lot

never figured out wifi - tried calling to find out

wifi is a little slow

lighting to get into parking lot could be better, especially since there are barriers and cones directing traffic

heated pool

we wished the pool was open later than 8 pm.

the pool is really small.

no privacy around the pool area.

the swimming pool was very small.

pool was closed at the moment for renovations

the amenities, such as the gym (which we did not use) looks like they even have a peloton

brand new hotel really near the legoland and staff were friendly breakfast was perfectct my kids love

the free breakfast was very good and loved the coffee bar

the hotel also has a very nice pool to relax in and a gym (which we didn’t use, but it looked well equipped)

my husband doesn t eat breakfast so have two free kids meals with an adult was only helpful for one child, and my husband couldn t pack the car

was no room service

lots of traffic on area makes it hard to get in and out of parking.

other than that, this place is very clean, staff is great, breakfast is amazing and the location is great

inn winter haven was very clean quiet organized we stay one night with our kids bed where very comfortable, we arrive late but check in was fast and efficient

took forever to find a kids channel and then it was too late they stopped showing cartoons

very clean. good breakfast. location. real close to dining establishments.

bigger laundry room would of been better there is just one washer and dryer in a very small room and each

rooms aren't maintenanced very well the beds are very loud no ice machine no laundry

the parking lot has broken glass everywhere and the dumpster was home to about 3 raccoon families

pool was beautiful. and refreshing

room was super clean no funky smells or anything like that the pool was clean and warm and the hotel is only 8 minutes away from legoland i will stay here
