all spotless and with 5-star touches such as bathrobes and complimentary mini bar and coffee maker

all new furnishings, generous mini bar and friendly staff in reception and in the food hall

lots of perks such as dressing gowns, slippers, free mini bar with cans of pop

the complimentary mini bar was fantastic

clean, close to venue. kitchen well equipped.

first night water leaked from the bath to the kitchen ceiling which cut of the lights which means we have to go out to have our dinner

it was necessary to walk through this area to get to the bar

when we arrived , all guests was congragating around check in and around the bar area

the food was exceptional from the dinner at night to the self-service breakfast

early check in was a great help, nice quiet area

lots ov seating area on deccking plus large gazebo to avoid the elements large enuff carpark for parking too very friendly helpful staff couldn t do enough we needed a iron & ironing board

better marked parking bays, lots of space, lots of cars parked in an evening, not all tidily

great having use of the gym and swimming pool which we used both days of our stay

hotel very special chris the duty manager was charming when we arrived we had an issue with our wifi(our fault (-) where the room was situated may have affected poor wifi connectivity (-)room - no heating working and b) first room no wifi (+) good wifi (-)weak wifi (+) staff exceptionally friendly, very spacious room with plenty of space to work and excellent wifi (on first day) helped (-)wifi on the second day. (-)poor wifi signal in room (-)poor wifi reception (+)wifi large car park gym & pool (+) good wifi, friendly helpful staff
